When you browse this website, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, as described under "Analytics and cookies" below. We do not use advertising trackers, and fonts and images are served from our own hosting.

When you send an enquiry, the details you enter — your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the service you need and your message — are sent to us by email. Job applications reach us the same way, at [email protected].

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how this website is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location (country and city). The reports we see are aggregated and do not tell us who you are.

To count repeat visits, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_YM6GD1F7KR) that hold a random identifier and expire after two years. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

We use enquiry details only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and deliver the work. We use application details only to assess your application.

We do not sell personal information. Apart from the website usage data collected by Google Analytics, we do not share it with third parties except where required by law.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and follow up on any resulting project. Speculative job applications are kept in our talent registry until you ask us to remove them.

Google Analytics keeps website usage data for the retention period set in our Analytics account.

The "Open in Google Maps" link and links to manufacturers' websites take you to services we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
