Most building technology problems are decided long before a single cable is pulled: when the risers are too small, the equipment room has no cooling path, or the slab has no penetrations where the trays need to run.
Our architecture and civil engineering team sits with the ICT designers while the building is still on paper. Risers, equipment rooms and containment routes are sized from the system design, not guessed.
Fixing these decisions before the concrete is poured removes core drilling, rerouting and post-handover rework — and gives the systems team a building that was designed to receive them.
