Top Care Hospital needed one system for the whole patient journey — reception, clinics, wards, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and billing — without shutting a single department down to install it.
We rolled MedOS out module by module alongside the hospital's live operations. Each department moved over only after its staff had been trained and its historical records migrated and checked.
Because MedOS mirrors data at the edge, charting continues even when the internet connection drops, and laboratory analyzers feed results straight into the patient record over HL7/ASTM.
The result is a single patient record shared by 13 departments, in English, Kurdish and Arabic, maintained by the same iotech team that installed the hospital's networks.
